Laurie was wonderful. She thoroughly explained pricing, the market, and importance of staging. She spotted things in my home that needed to be addressed before putting it on the market. Laurie brought her own furnishings to stage my home. She communicated throughout the process and introduced me to another agent in the event she couldn’t respond. All offers were reviewed explaining the pros and cons. Laurie negotiated a contract well over the asking price with allowance permitting me to stay in my home while my new home was being built. She explained what I needed to do for the closing and even gave me the phone numbers to transfer services from the old to new home. Laurie made every step of this process easy. Thank you!
